Professional Master’s in Criminology and Criminal Justice 2026-2027 Admission Circular

The Department of Criminology at the University of Dhaka invites applications for admission to the Professional Master's in Criminology and Criminal Justice (MCCJ) program for the 2026-2027 session. WHO CAN APPLY Admission to the program is open to individuals, both Bangladeshi and foreign, who have at least a four-year Bachelor's degree with honors and with/without Master's degree from any discipline; or candidates having a three-year Bachelor's degree with honors and one-year Master's degree from any discipline (applicable for foreign candidates). Candidates having a third division or third class in any public examination are not eligible to apply. Candidates must have a minimum GPA/CGPA 2.50 (or equivalent) in their Bachelor's degrees. ADMISSION PROCEDURE:  Selection will be based on a competitive admission test assessing the applicant's competency. The process consists of two stages: Written Test: 70 Marks Viva-Voce: 30 Marks (Applicable only to shortlisted candidates from the written test) ADMISSION TEST DATE: 27 November, 2026 (Friday) | 4:00 PM (Tentative) TUITION FEE STRUCTURE:  1st Semester- BDT 1,50,000 (Payable at the time of admission). 2nd Semester- BDT 80,000 (Payable before the commencement of the semester).
