Orientation ceremony for the first-year undergraduate students of the 2022-2023 academic year.

On August 29, 2023, the Dhaka University Criminology Department held an orientation ceremony for the first-year undergraduate students of the 2022-2023 academic year. The event was presided over by Professor Shahariya Afrin, the department chairperson. Professor Mozaffar Ahmed Choudhury Milanat, an Emeritus Professor at Dhaka University, was present as the main speaker. Dr. Atiur Rahman, Emeritus Professor at Dhaka University, was also in attendance. This orientation ceremony was a special occasion for the new students to be welcomed into the undergraduate program of the Criminology Department.
